WASHINGTON, July 29 -- Rep. Jim Himes, D-Connecticut, issued the following news release:
It is my pleasure to announce that the 2019 Congressional App Challenge's submission portal is open. Students are encouraged to register online by September 10 for a chance at winning early prizes. The final app must be submitted by November 1.
