WASHINGTON, July 26 -- Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, ranking Republican member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, issued the following statement after voting in favor of the Venezuela TPS Act (H.R. 549) designating Venezuelan nationals as eligible for temporary protected status in the U.S.:
