FEMA Awards Holtz Children's Hospital More Than $6.5 Million For Wind Protection Measures

ORLANDO, Florida, July 26 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency issued the following news release:

Jackson Health Systems will receive a $6.5 million federal grant to fund wind-proofing measures at Holtz Children's Hospital in Miami.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency's Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) has approved $6,521,477 to help wind-proof the eight-story hospital, including:
