PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania, July 26 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release:
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the District of Columbia's request to redesignate the District to attainment for the 2008 federal ozone standard under the Clean Air Act.
