HOUSTON, Texas, July 25 -- The Texas Organizing Project issued the following statement by Deputy Director Brianna Brown on Harris County notified Chief U.S. District Judge Lee H. Rosenthal that a settlement was reached in the landmark lawsuit against the county's bail practices:
