ALEXANDRIA, Virginia, July 25 -- The National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association issued the following statement by National President Ken Thomas in response to Rep. Kevin Brady, R-Texas, introduction of the Equal Treatment of Public Servants Act, legislation that would provide relief to civil servants financially punished by the Windfall Elimination Provision:
