WASHINGTON, July 25 -- Rep. Mike Kelly, R-Pennsylvania, issued the following news release:
Today, the House of Representatives passed H.R. 3877, the Bipartisan Budget Act, a two-year budget agreement brokered by the White House and Congressional leaders. Concerned by House Democrats' rejection of modest proposals to offset higher spending by cutting wasteful and excessive spending elsewhere, Representative Mike Kelly, R-Pa., voted against the measure.
