WASHINGTON, July 25 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following statement in response to Ford, Honda, Volkswagen and BMW private deal with California to preserve clean car standards, despite the Trump administration's attempts to roll them back:
