WASHINGTON, July 25 -- Rep. Randy Weber, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
On Thursday, July 25, 2019, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 3877, the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2019, with a vote of 284 to 149. After voting against the legislation, Congressman Randy Weber (R - Friendswood) released the following statement:
"While there are certainly some good measures within the Budget Act, not the least of which is a strong commitment to our milita . . .
