WASHINGTON, July 25 -- Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-New York, issued the following news release:

Today, Congresswoman Elise Stefanik spoke on the House Floor to honor the life of Randy Preston, Wilmington Town Supervisor. Randy Preston tragically passed away of cancer on July 18 at the age of 60.
