WASHINGTON, July 23 -- Rep. Kevin P. Brady, R-Texas, issued the following statement after the House voted to pass U.S.-Israel Cooperation Enhancement and Regional Security Act (H.R. 1837) and opposing efforts to delegitimize Israel and the Global Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions Movement (H.Res. 246):
