NEW YORK, July 24 -- The World Jewish Congress issued the following statement by President Ronald S. Lauder on the House resolution condemning the boycott, sanctions and divestment movement as a 'positive and encouraging step in the fight against blind antisemitism.' The resolution passed in a vote of 398 to 17:
