WASHINGTON, July 23 -- Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, issued the following statement on Senate passage of Never Forget the Heroes: James Zadroga, Ray Pfeifer, and Luis Alvarez Permanent Authorization of the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund Act:
