AUSTIN, Texas, July 24 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Christopher T. "Chris" Hill to the Texas County and District Retirement System Board of Trustees for a term that will expire on December 31, 2021. The board oversees a retirement system for employees and retirees of more than 780 counties and districts, including hospital water districts, water districts, emergency services districts and others.
