WASHINGTON, July 23 -- The office of Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tennessee, issued the following news release:
Today, Senators Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) and Gary Peters (D-Mich.) introduced Transparency and Effective Accountability Measures for (TEAM) Veteran Caregivers Act to improve the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) caregiver program. The Senators serve together on the Armed Services Committee, and Senator Blackburn serves on the Veterans Affairs Committee.
