Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised DIC Asset AG on its debut on the Schuldschein market and the issuance of registered notes.
The Euros150 million transaction was divided into five fixed-rate and two floating-rate Schuldschein tranches, and one further fixed rate tranche of registered notes.
