WASHINGTON, July 23 -- Rep. Kevin Brady, R-Texas, ranking Republican member of the House Ways and Means Committee, issued the following remarks at the House Rules Committee hearing on the Rehabilitation for Multiemployer Pensions Act (H.R.397):
"I must say that I sit here today, once again, with regret.
