WASHINGTON, July 23 -- Rep. Kay Granger, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Today, Congresswoman Kay Granger (R-TX), Top Republican on the House Appropriations Committee, announced that the Department of Transportation (DOT) has awarded $200 million to the Fort Worth Transportation Authority for TEXRail, and $8.775 million to the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) and Texas DOT for a series of projects involving seven bridges in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.< . . .
