WASHINGTON, July 23 -- Rep. Marcia L. Fudge, D-Ohio, chair of the House Agriculture subcommittee on Nutrition, Oversight and Department Operations, issued the following statement regarding Trump administration's proposed rule to eliminate broad-based categorical eligibility for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program:
