Texas Water Development Board Approves $45.5 Million to the Upper Trinity Regional Water District for a Land Acquisition Project

AUSTIN, Texas, July 22 -- The Texas Water Development Board issued the following news release:

The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) today approved by resolution financial assistance in the amount of $45.5 million from the State Water Implementation Revenue Fund for Texas (SWIFT) program/1 to the Upper Trinity Regional Water District (Fannin, Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Grayson, and Wise counties).

The District will use the assistance to finance land acquisition . . .
