ROCHESTER, New York, July 22 -- Rep. Joseph Morelle, D-New York, issued the following statement on the death of ex-County Legislator Paul Haney:
"I join all of Rochester in mourning the loss of Paul Haney, a former County Legislator, City Councilman, and longtime community leader who truly exemplified what it means to be a public servant.
"Paul dedicated his life to enthusiastically serving his neighbors and was always the first to lend a hand to anyone in nee . . .
