WASHINGTON, July 19 -- The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Chairman, Joaquin Castro, D-Texas, issued the following statement in response to reports that the Trump administration is looking to slash refugee admissions to zero in 2020:
"For decades, Democrats and Republicans alike have stood by our commitment to our international community and have welcomed refugees.
