AUSTIN, Texas, July 19 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Tim McCoy to the Texas Juvenile Justice Advisory Board for a term at the pleasure of the Governor.
The board advises the Governor's Criminal Justice Division on programs and preventative solutions and submits recommendations regarding federal compliance issues and federal grant disbursements.
