RAPID CITY, South Dakota, July 18 -- The South Dakota Department of Transportation issued the following news release:
The South Dakota Department of Transportation, in collaboration with the City of Rapid City, Pennington County and the Rapid City Area MPO, will hold a public open house at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23, at the Event Center at Black Hills Energy, (7001 Mount Rushmore Road) in Rapid City to inform area residents of the beginning of the U.S. Highway 16 Corridor Study.< . . .
