NEW YORK, July 18 -- The International Trademark Association issued the following news release:

The International Trademark Association (INTA) applauds the United States House Committee on the Judiciary for holding a hearing today, "Counterfeits and Cluttering: Emerging Threats to The Integrity of the Trademark System and the Impact on American Consumers and Businesses." The hearing took place before the Subcommittee on Courts, Intellectual Property and the Internet.
