WASHINGTON, July 18 -- Rep. John B. Larson, D-Connecticut, issued the following news release:
Yesterday, Rep. John B. Larson (CT-01) voted for the Middle Class Health Benefits Tax Repeal Act (H.R. 748), which repeals what's known as the "Cadillac Tax". The Cadillac Tax would have imposed a 40 percent tax on some employer-sponsored health insurance plans. Larson is a cosponsor of the legislation.
