WASHINGTON, July 17 -- Rep. David Kustoff, R-Tennessee, issued the following news release:
Today, the U.S. House passed H.R.748, the Middle-Class Health Benefits Tax Repeal Act of 2019. Congressman David Kustoff (TN-08) is a co-sponsor of this bill, which repeals the 'Cadillac Tax' provision within Obamacare.
Without a repeal, starting in 2022, this controversial Cadillac Tax would be implemented and impose a 40 percent excise tax on all employer-provided health insuran . . .
