WASHINGTON, July 17 -- Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Arkansas, issued the following statement on President Trump's announcement for the U.S. to cease F-35 sales to Turkey:
"Halting F-35 sales to Turkey is a painful but necessary decision by the president.
"America simply cannot send its most advanced military technology to countries where adversaries like Russia will have access to it." . . .
