WASHINGTON, July 17 -- Rep. Brian Babin, R-Texas, issued the following statement on the House passage of legislation to rename the post office in Hardin, Texas, after Chief Warrant Officer 2 Lucas Maurice Lowe who lost his life during a National Guard training flight in 2016:
