Rep. Jordan Issues Statement on House Vote to Hold A.G. Barr, Commerce Secretary Ross in Contempt of Congress

WASHINGTON, July 17 -- Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, ranking Republican member of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, issued the following statement after the House voted to hold Attorney General William Barr and Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross in contempt of Congress:

"Democrats are engaged in yet another episode of political theater in an attempt to delegitimize the citizenship question.

"The Administration is complying with the Democrats' investi . . .
