LINCOLN, Nebraska, July 17 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency issued the following news release:

The Ponca Tribe of Nebraska and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) have signed an historic agreement that paves the way for a nation-to-nation partnership in disaster recovery from the severe storms and flooding that occurred March 13 to April 1, 2019.
