WASHINGTON, July 16 -- Reps. Josh Gottheimer, D-New Jersey, and Tom Reed, R-New York, co-chairs of the Problem Solvers Caucus, issued the following joint statement on the passage of bills to improve immigration and repeal military spouse widow tax:
