NEW YORK, July 16 -- The Police Benevolent Association of New York issued the following statement by President Patrick J. Lynch on the Justice Department decision not to prosecute Police Officer Daniel Pantaleo in the Eric Garner case.
"It is no coincidence that a Grand Jury in NYC and now DOJ, both of which had full access to all of the facts of this case, found no criminality in Police Officer Pantaleo's actions.
