WASHINGTON, July 16 -- Rep. Greg Walden, R-Oregon, ranking Republican member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following opening remarks at the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations hearing entitled "Oversight of Federal Efforts to Combat the Spread of Illicit Fentanyl":
