WASHINGTON, July 15 -- Chairman of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Joaquin Castro, D-Texas, issued the following statement on the Trump Administration's rule to end asylum protections for migrants, including children traveling alone, who transit through a third country to seek asylum:
