SIOUX FALLS, South Dakota, July 15 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of South Dakota, Ron Parsons, issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Ron Parsons announced that a Sioux Falls, South Dakota, man convicted of 10 counts of Wire Fraud and 8 counts of Mail Fraud was sentenced on July 15, 2019, by U.S. District Judge Karen E. Schreier.
Tobias Ritesman, age 42, was sentenced to 108 months in federal prison, followed by 3 years of supervised release, . . .
