WASHINGTON, July 12 -- Rep. Doug Collins, R-Georgia, ranking Republican member of the House Judiciary Committee, issued the following floor statement regarding the Never Forget the Heroes: Permanent Authorization of the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund Act (H.R. 1327):
