WASHINGTON, July 12 -- Rep. Steve Womack, R-Arkansas, issued the following statement after House Democrats politicized the National Defense Authorization Act:
With today's vote, the House version of the NDAA received its lowest level of support since 1973. Comparatively, the Senate voted on a bipartisan package, which passed 86-to-8:
