Today the Melbourne Police Department celebrated the career of Officer, Reserve Officer, and VCOP/Volunteer Marvin Flynn.
A retirement ceremony was held at the Melbourne Police Department earlier this morning to honor Mr. Flynn's extraordinary 45 years of service with the Melbourne Police Department (MPD).
Mr. Flynn began his career with the MPD in June 1974 as a reserve offic . . .
