WASHINGTON, July 10 -- Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Arizona, issued the following news release:
Last night, Democrats on the House Rules Committee refused to make in order Congressman Biggs' amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that would allow the use of national security funds for border wall construction. Congressman Biggs issued the following statement:
"I'm disappointed in last night's decision by House Democrats to block my amendment from receivin . . .
