WASHINGTON, July 10 -- Rep. Doug Collins, R-Georgia, ranking Republican member of the House Judiciary Committee, issued the following statement after the House passed a bill on access to Arizona courts (H.R. 1569):
"Courts in Arizona will better serve the people of their state thanks to the leadership of Representatives Debbie Lesko and Andy Biggs.
