NEW YORK, July 10 -- The Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs issued the following news release:
The Carnegie Climate Geoengineering Governance Initiative (C2G2) has a new name: from now on, it will be known as the Carnegie Climate Governance Initiative (C2G).
We removed the word "geoengineering" as the term causes confusion and can dissuade important actors from taking part in necessary discussions. This has the effect of shutting doors instea . . .
