NEWARK, New Jersey, July 10 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, Craig Carpenito, issued the following news release:

A doctor based in Gainesville, Florida, was charged with conspiracy to commit health care fraud for ordering genetic tests for patients he never saw or treated, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito announced today.
