WASHINGTON, July 9 -- Rep. Antonio Delgado, D-New York, issued the following statement:
Yesterday, New York State announced a state-wide maximum contaminant level of 10 parts per trillion for PFOA and 10 parts per trillion for PFOS in state drinking water as well as funding for local infrastructure projects to combat emerging contaminants.
