WASHINGTON, July 9 -- Rep. Lee Zeldin, R-New York, and ranking member of the House Foreign Affairs subcommittee on oversight and investigations, issued the following statement on the 20th anniversary of the 1999 executions of New York residents, Ylli, Agron and Mehmet Bytyqi, who resided in Hampton Bays, New York:
