NEW YORK, July 9 -- Newmark Knight Frank, a division of BGC Partners, issued the following news release:
Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) announces the sale of Battlefield Overlook I, a 33,330-square-foot office building located at 10440 Balls Ford Road, Manassas, VA. The Class-A property was purchased by NKASR, LLC for $5.3 million.
Executive Managing Director Larry FitzGerald and Director Cole Spalding of Newmark Knight Frank facilitated the sale on behalf of the owner.
