WASHINGTON, July 9 -- The U.S. Department of Transportation's Federal Transit Administration issued the following news release:
The U.S. Department of Transportation's Federal Transit Administration (FTA) today announced a total of $300 million in federal funding allocations to three rail transit projects in Arizona, California, and Washington. Funding is provided through FTA's Capital Investment Grants (CIG) Program.
