WASHINGTON, July 8 -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued the following event notification (No. 54135) involving IsoMedix Ops dba Steris Appl Steril Tech, Whippany, New Jersey:
AGREEMENT STATE REPORT - POOL WATER CONDUCTIVITY EXCEEDS LIMIT
The following was received via e-mail:
"At approximately 1800 EDT on 6/25/2019, the conductivity of the underwater pool irradiator water rose to 308 microSiemens/cm and remained in this range throughout the nigh . . .
