U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services: Executives of Staffing Companies Charged With Visa Fraud

NEWARK, New Jersey, July 8 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services issued the following news release:

Four executives of two information technology staffing companies have been arrested on charges of fraudulently using the H-1B visa program to gain an unfair advantage over competitors, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito announced yesterday.
