ALBANY, New York, July 8 -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-New York, issued the following statement:
"I am deeply disturbed by the white supremacist materials that were found plastered on telephone poles and mailboxes in downtown Troy.
"These materials are not just spreading hate speech, they are inciting fear and division within our communities, and we must all stand together and disavow this hate-fueled rhetoric immediately.
